Cause and solution found! It's the Adaptive Threat Protection of the antivirus scanner (Trellix (McAfee)). You must disable the Adaptive Threat Protection, then the RedGite.Client-Service can be startet and the Installation completes with success. After the Installation, the Adaptive Threat Protection can be enabled again. After restart of the PC, the RedGate.Client-Service is running, also started before activation  of the Adaptive Threat Protection of the antivirus software. The RedGate.Client-Service will not start, if Adaptive Threat Protection is active on starting the RedGate.Client-Service.
