Error when opening SSMS after updating to SSMS 19.1 and reinstalling SQL Prompt

Someone in my org updated SSMS to version 19.1 over the weekend so I had to reinstall SQL Prompt. Now when opening SSMS I get the error "Unable to find an entry point named 'SetThreadDpiAwarenessContext' in DLL 'user32.dll'." and SQL Prompt does not work.

The development team are looking into this issue, so at the moment there is not a confirmed fix. Some reports are that a clean uninstall and re-install is fixing the issue.
To do this, you can use something like the Microsoft Uninstaller here. Then reinstall the version below:
