RedGate Platform Login Option Gone

in SQL Prompt
We just updated our sql prompt to 10.13.7.360 and the redgate platform login is gone. Restarted SSMS and computer and it's still not showing up. Anyone else notice this issue? We have a subscription license.

Seems like redgate platform was down yesterday. We weren't able to get to the site. It's working today.
