My SQL Prompt options reset to default state (probably) EVERY time I start a new SSMS instance or say the same differently My SQL Prompt does not remember my options. It's over more versions of SQL Prompt (10.13.7 currently) and SSMS (18.12.1 currently).
Would you help please, it's so frustrating. Thanks

Our apology for the delay in resolving this!
We have been discussing and testing this with our development team over the last few weeks, and the latest response from them earlier this morning is that they suspect the issue could be being cause by two snippets with the same GUID.
Would you mind navigating to %localappdata%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 10 and checking the Snippets folder for any duplicate snippets? I have included a Powershell script that will help to make this process quicker.

My simple test case scenario is:
- run SSMS
- go to SQL Prompt > Options > Aliases > turn off Assign aliases
- shut down SSMS
- run SSMS
- check for Assign aliases option > and it's On
That's great news! I'm so glad this is now resolved for you.
