Does SQL Monitor support Azure Synapse (previously known as Azure SQL DW)?

Does SQL Monitor support Azure Synapse (previously known as Azure SQL DW)?

This was previously posted in 2020, but I would like a current definitive answer.  

Are there plans to support Synapse in SQL Monitor?

    Hi Rob, 

    Thank you for your inquiry into SQL Monitor.

    There is currently no support for Azure Synapse and I do not believe there are any immediate plans to support it. I will reach out to the dev team for confirmation in case I am mistaken and follow up.

    I wanted to follow up on this one, after checking it looks like there are no plans currently to add Azure Synapse support to SQL Monitor at this time.
