Converting text list to IN statement

Hi 
Is there a tool or snippet that takes a text list and wraps it with a start ( end ) and ,'...' for each line? I would find this very useful.
I know its relatively easy to do using ALT and click but still...

I highly recommend that you upload this feature request to our UserVoice. The development team regularly goes through it and if a feature request gains enough traction, they may implement it.
