SSMS 19.0 - SQL Search Command Missing

Hello, I recently installed the latest version of SSMS 19.0, then uninstall / reinstalled the SQL Toolbelt Essentials pack, including SQL Search.  In SSMS 19.0, I cannot locate SQL Search.  However, in the older SSMS 18.12.1, I do still have SQL Search.  Please let me know how I can access SQL Search in the latest version of SSMS.

Hi Benjamin,

Currently, SQL Search does not support the latest version of SSMS 19.0. We have escalated this to our developers and are waiting for an update.

In the meantime, SQL Search will work with SSMS 18 or SSMS 19 Preview 2.

Yes, we need sql search available in the latest version of SSMS! Also, Azure Data Studio needs to be brought up to speed 😊

I have some news for you. The latest version of SQL Search now supports SSMS 19.0 GA release. I've listed the release notes as well as the latest installer.
