Sql Search is not working

! am trying to us the red gate SQL search as the image is attached, but it does not work on my system, and it is always showing me that it is indexing, images attached, I also see a blue icon on my database instance, it seems my DB instance is behind a firewall



I am experiencing this issue from past two months; it takes hours every time and still not able to view the result set

Please can you upgrade your Microsoft .NET Framework to the latest version:

You need to be on v4.7.2 or later for SQL Search to work.

So why did it allowed me to install the SQL search in the first place if I did not have that .NET version on my machine, I think it should deny me to install the SQL search on the first place,
