Sql Search is not working on a remote database

I am trying to access the SQL search through the firewall of my company, and my SQL Serach works when it wants to work not when i want it to work, I have a blue icon also on my database, which means I might be accessing the database through a firewall, i hope you can help,

Please can you upgrade your Microsoft .NET Framework to the latest version:
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net472

You need to be on v4.7.2 or later for SQL Search to work.
