SQL Promt not working for newly created objects

SQL Promt options are not working for newly created objects. For example, if I create a new table, short cuts will work for that table only after closing and reopening SSMS. Is there any way to refresh metadata for newly created tables. Tried Ctrl+Shift+R ,but not refreshing SQLPromt IntelliSense Cache. Is there any way around for this issue

Could you possibly enable verbose logging (https://documentation.red-gate.com/sp10/troubleshooting/finding-the-sql-prompt-log-files#:~:text=single zip file.-,Verbose logging,-If you're troubleshooting) recreate the issue, and provide the resulting log file? This may help us to see why are you are not being served suggestions for the new table.

Also, please can you confirm what versions of SSMS and SQL Prompt you are currently using?

Have you tried "Refresh Suggestions" from the SQL Prompt menu, or Ctrl+Shift+D?
