SQLDoc Command Line & Inaccessible and Offline Databases
I'm using PowerShell and the SQLDoc command line to document all of the SQL instances contained in a registered server group on a central management server. A couple of the SQL instances have databases that are offline or inaccessible which results in SQLDoc throwing an exception and not producing any documentation for those SQL instances. Is there an easy way of getting SQLDoc command line tool to ignore these databases and still document all the other databases on these instances?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exclude databases. You could either create a project with only the databases you require then use /project:, or only specify the ones you want with /database:
