Issue adding a machine to monitor

When I try to add a SQL Server to monitor, I get the following when I run the connection test:
Query processor via WMI

The RPC server is unavailable. (0x800706BA)
I have attached a screenshot as well.

I'm sorry that you've run into this issue. We do actually have some documentation that covers this particular error, which you can find here:

I'd recommend going through the resolution steps to see if that resolves your issue.
