Moving from TFS to Azure DevOps

HI all
We currently use TFS for some of our Source Control.
We want to start using an Azure repository instead but need to keep all our current databases, etc along with the change history (we will be using Visual Studio for coding purposes).
Is there a way of transferring all of our current items from TFS to an Azure repository?
Our currently installed version is Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2013.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Regards
Richard
