Failed to get default author name

When generating documentation via CLI I keep running into this error which is breaking the Pipeline (CI) because of exit code. However the command does run to completion and generate the documentation.

./SQLDoc.exe /filetype:html /outputfolder:AW /server:. /database:AdventureWorks /server_alias:AdventureWorks /name:HappyFrog /force
