Getting this error when trying to link to Git on the SQL Source Control tab: Index was outside the bounds of the array error SQL Source Control

The best thing you can do for this is to check the SQL Source Control log files to see if there is a particular object causing this issue. A lot of the time this error comes up there's something referenced in the log file to let you know what's causing the issue. Increasing the log level and replicating the issue may get you more information.
