Sudden inability to log into SQL Monitor

Our monitor has been running fine for months, but when I went to log into it today I'm getting an "Internal Server Error". It seems the monitor is still running as we're getting email alerts, but I can't log into the website. We have it running under IIS. Here's the error I'm seeing from the logs.

Hi Greg,

Apologies for the delayed response, a fix for this erroring was merged in the release for v12.1.6.

The latest version of SQL Monitor v12.1.13 can be downloaded here. Please can you update and let us know if the issue persists?

Any issues with updating please let us know.
