Uninstall SQL Prompt

in SQL Prompt
I was trying to update SQL Prompt to the newest version (was on v10.9.3.25270) and hit an error
which led me to finding this ticket https://productsupport.red-gate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019619137-MSI-returned-failure-code-1603-Fatal-error-during-installation but this didn't solve my issue.
In attempt to totally reset the redgate products, I removed all other redgate installs but the SQL Prompt instance is the only one that will not get removed. I have tried to both the Uninstall and the Repair program options and neither works. I want to remove all the files associated so I can start with a new clean install please.
