How can i avoid/exclude GRANT INHERIT PRIVILEGES ON USER ******* TO PUBLIC;

You can use the filters to exclude the "Object grants" which should then exclude the GRANT INHERIT PRIVILEGES ON USER ******* TO PUBLIC;
