There is a sharp drop in SQL Monitor which I am unable to identify what could have been the cause of this drop. How do I approach to find out what happened? Any help appreciated.

Many thanks for your query. I'm afraid we can't offer services for troubleshooting issues in your environment but only support for Redgate's products.
The following article is hopefully a good place to start with subsequent links to information on metrics in SQL Monitor.
https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/sql-server-performance-and-activity-monitoring/dashboards-and-overviews/server-overview-pages/performance-diagnostics-queries-and-waits
If you click on either of the graphs you should get the the Analysis page with more information on the metrics you'd mentioned.
Hopefully this will be helpful in understanding and diagnosing the root cause of the activity you're seeing.
Please let us know if we've misunderstood your request.
