Any issues with latest SQL Change Automation (4.4.22039.29135) in Azure Devops?

Hi,
We have a pipeline that's been running for a while using the Azure Devops SQL Change automation task to build and test the DB.
This was working until the pipeline started using version 4.4.22039.29135, this version just can't build or test the DB.
It's failing with an error on a FK constraint.
The last working version that our pipeline used was 4.4.22026.28937.
When I reconfigure the task to set it to that specific version our pipeline starts passing again.
Is this a known issue?

In order to troubleshoot this it would be great to get the "system.debug = true" set and access to the full logs after another build being run.
I'm going to reach out via a support ticket.
Kind regards
