SQL Prompt Loses License After Using Fiddler

Occasionally, after I use Fiddler, SQL Prompt will become convinced that Fiddler is still running and acting as a proxy.
Is there any way to tell SQL prompt to use the current proxy settings that are visible in Internet Explorer?
Steps to Reproduce:
0. Maybe: Launch SQL Server Management Studio
1. Launch Fiddler
2. Maybe: Close SQL Server Management Studio
3. Close Fiddler, possibly by shutting down the computer (full shut down, not the partial shutdown in Windows 10+).
4. Go on Christmas Holiday for >1 week
5. Turn computer on
6. Launch SQL Server Management Studio
Expected Outcome:
SQL Prompt should be licensed.
Actual Outcome:
SQL Prompt is not licensed. Re-entering the license # will result in an error message about being unable to reach Fiddler's port on 127.0.0.1.
I was able to workaround the problem by activating the software with https://forum.red-gate.com/discussion/comment/155498#Comment_155498 but I would prefer to avoid having to do that at random times.
