Ctrl+K Ctrl+Y Clears Bookmarks

in SQL Prompt
I was looking for a shortcut to go to the next blank line. If I have, say, five select statements in a document I want to press Ctrl+Alt+Down (or something) to jump the next blank line which would be the line above the next select statement. I didn't find what I wanted so I resigned myself to adding bookmarks where I wanted them.
But my bookmarks kept disappearing and I realized that it was when I reformatted using Ctrl K Y (which I do all the time). It makes sense, I guess, that the bookmarks might not be in the same place so it's safer to get rid them.
Does anyone have good tips for jumping to key points in a large document other than bookmarks? Or is it a reasonable feature request to not clear bookmarks when reformatting?
