Can't login after updating to 12.0.11

Hi, I have recently applied the Redgate Monitor (web) update to take our monitor from 12.0.09 to 12.0.11, and after restarted the app pools, and trying to login, I get "wrong username or password".
I have checked my credentials/authentication - I can authenticate fine with AD.
I have checked connections on the database server hosting the RedgateMonitor database, there are active connections from the application server to the database under the service account.
I have asked my colleages and none of them are able to login to the web application (Redgate monitor) and I am not sure where to start.
I have rebooted the application server (hosting the Redgate monitor site), and tried again to login - same issue.
My concern is that this seems to be authentication-related. Uninstalling & reinstalling Redgate monitor will not affect the authentication of the account being used to login.
From the release notes, I see that version 12.0.10 had a fix to do with TLS, I am not sure if that is something that may be causing this issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

While I don't know what changed to cause this issue in the first place, changing authentication from active directory back to basic and then back to active directory seems to be a viable work around.
Looks like we also have a support ticket open for you for the same issue which my colleague Sujay has been working with you on to diagnose and resolve.
@DonFerguson suggestion above will certainly get your access restored but if I could ask you to answer the support ticket providing the requested information and logs to aid in finding the root cause that would be great.
Switch the authentication mode back to the default:
