ANTS freeze during profiling a .NET Framework SOAP Web Service on IIS

We encountered a strange problem. We have used ANTS many times in the past and never had any issues until yesterday.
We attached the profiler to .NET Framework SOAP Web Service running on IIS (we run it on a separate port). Everything was fine for about five minutes and then the whole UI froze and stopped responding to anything. We repeated this several times using different profiling modes and each time after a few minutes it ended the same way. Initially, we thought our server is not powerful enough. Today, we used the best machine in our company and started profiling the same app, but the results were identical.

What we can do to avoid such situations?
