SQL Compare CLI command timeout

I'm using the SQL Compare CLI and am trying to gracefully handle a timeout (we recently saw this with a large index rebuild). Is it possible to change the command timeout from the default 15 minutes? Or do we have to take SQL Compare's generated script and run it outside of SQL Compare with the desired command timeout?
