SQL Source Control won't open on latest version

After ignoring red-gate updates for a long time (my bad) I finally went and upgraded everything in the suite.
SSMS is up to the latest version (15.0.18386.0).
Source control is version 7?
(The engine options file lists the following):
Clicking the source control button does absolutely nothing, doesn't even appear to be attempting to open. Nothing is logged to the localappdata folder. It creates log files, but they're empty. I have repaired source control and reinstalled it.
Please advise, this is causing some major headaches during my work.
