Git repo organization for SCA + SSIS + AAS, etc.?

Hello RG folks,
We currently have our DB (SCA) in a git repo, hosted in Azure DevOps. We have CI for that, triggered by commits on master (yes, I know I need to change that branch name). Our SSIS code (and Power BI, SSAS/AAS, etc.) is still in a phat TFVC repo. I want to migrate these to git. I realize this is not a RedGate specific question, but would love to hear folks ideas on repo organization and CI for these other components to compliment what we have rolling for our DB. My slack conversations have talked about "one repo per logical build artifact". Anyone care to share their experiences in this space?
