Tab History is stop working after move to new computer

Hi!
Only files are left from the old computer. I installed everything again on the new one, and copied the files from the old one. Including SavedTabs.db. But Tab History is broken (show two messages "file is not a database" at startup, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." when I clicked button). And still doesn't work even after I re-install the latest version of Prompt.
What needs to be done to make Tab History work?
Ideally, that it would show those files that it cannot find (if any), and show the rest ...
