Split existing license

We currently have a 15 server license. However, we only have 8 licenses in use. We would like to install SQL monitor one of our other datacentres and use the remaining licenses there. How do I go about reducing the licenses assigned to the first Sql Monitor down to 8 to free up the others for a second install?
