SQL Compare - Exclude objects with filter

Hi, is there a way to exclude objecttypes like tables and procs by name. For example compare everything except procs like sp_custom% and table_custom%. We are comparing a 'default' schema to databases containing custom objects.
All suggestions are welcome.
