Cannot manage my license

I tried to manage my license but i cannot find that which computer use this license(serial number). How can we reset the license? or do you have any suggestion that i can use my serial number?

You wouldn't be able to see the specific machine that the License was used on in the portal. You can however see the user that it was assigned to, unless it was an anonymous login, if that is the case then it was say 'Not logged in'.
If you are using a server based tool like SQL Monitor though the same is also true. You can log into the portal though and for that License you can remove the current user. If this is for SQL Monitor then when you remove the License then that instance of SQL Monitor will become unlicensed and you can reassign the License.
