Unable to Add Azure SQL Managed Instance

I updated to SQL Monitor v11.1.3.8144 and when I try to add an Azure SQL Managed Instance it initially looks like it connects (green check mark) and then turns to a red X. Show log displays the following error:
Setup extended events session
Internal SQL Monitor error
SqlException
Failed to update database "master" because the database is read-only.
I can log into the instance using SSMS and the username and password I am using with SQL Monitor. I am able to USE the master database and create a SP in the database so it is definitely not read only. The user that was created for SQL Monitor has the sysadmin role.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Can you confirm the Tier that this managed instance is in?
I believe this to be related to a known bug. I shall let you know once there is a fix available.
Adding some screen shots. As you can see, the login for this server is sysadmin so there should be no issue with master being read-only.
The development team are still currently looking into this issue. I have raised it again with them today.
This version is currently available, you can download it from https://www.red-gate.com/products/dba/sql-monitor/entrypage/latest-version or through your SQL Monitor console.
