I wrote to mct@red-gate.com - no any answer in 2 days.
I wrote through "Contact support" form - no any answer in another 2 days.

Just to make certain - does the RedGate company still working at all? I am worrying... :roll:

    I'm going to raise you a ticket and look into where your original support request got lost! I'm sorry that you had not yet heard back via either channel. 

    Our support tickets commonly get caught in spam/junk folders, so check here too for my next reply!
