Hotkey to Select All (like [CTRL+NumPad 5] in Word)

Keyboard shortcuts would be much easier to use if I didn't need to stop, grab the mouse, and select the area to apply the shortcut. 
Is there a SQL Prompt HotKey to Select All in the current query?  
Is there a SSMS Hotkey for this that I just don't know, perhaps?
