Is there a way to get an alert on a metric that SQL Monitor tracks by default (i.e. latch waits)

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to configure SQL monitor v11 to alert specifically when Latch Wait avg goes above a certain threshold? SQL Monitor already collects the metrics on this and has the max/min/avg.

I see a default alert under Alert Config for "Server waits" but I am looking specifically for Latch wait time and was hoping I wouldn't have to configure a custom metric.

    Good Afternoon!
Thanks for your inquiry with the SQL Monitor tool.

Unfortunately we don't have a default alert setup for the latch wait times, apologies for the inconvenience that this brings.

To workaround this, you'll need to setup a custom alert and I would recommend reading though this particular one to help point you in the right direction:

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns on this.
