Long Running Queries

We are upgrading our SQL environment and want to capture some query benchmarks across the estate to review post-upgrade. Is there a report or a way to select the longest running queries without having to open each server through the dashboard? There is a long-running query report available but it only provides a handful of queries and cannot be downloaded to a csv. The data is there but how can you get to it? Thanks.
