When launching the application it is stuck on free trial despite being licensed

I have tried re-installing, but even though I am licensed through to July 2021, it is saying my free trial has ended and I must close. I have tried reactivating but it just does not work.

My version of toolbelt is 14.4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This happens when you upgrade to a new major version. You'll just need to activate your serial key.
