Orphaned SQL Clone Images

Today I noticed that there were some "orphaned" SQL Clone images on one of our servers, i.e. the images were still there but they were not listed in the SQL Clone UI. I was able to delete these manually but I'm wondering how this could occur.

    I assume there weren't any clone databases left from that image? This could happen if someone manually marked those images as deleted in the SQL Clone configuration database. If you are unaware of any manual change to the config database, we could take a look at your SQL Clone logs for you.
