SQL Prompt v10.5.2.17186 unusable after update

I was previously on v10.3.x (I forget the full version) but after updating today to v10.5.2.17186 the tool will not load. I get the Redgate error dialog and all it says is "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.". Any quick fix for this before I have to uninstall and revert to a previous version?

Can someone please provide a direct link to the latest 10.4 version? The download older versions doesn't provide it.

I pieced one together from other posts and release notes. In case anyone runs into this same problem and needs to revert here is the URL https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLPrompt/SQLPrompt_10.4.7.16599.exe

I am now back up and running and have to try upgrading to 10.5 later.
