Computer name changed and now get notification with wrong url -Any fixes?

I tried (didn't work)

To change the account:

1. From the Start menu, open services.msc
2. In the Services list, right-click DLM Dashboard Monitoring Service and select Properties.
   1. In the Properties window, go to the Log On tab.
   2. Select This account and enter the credentials for the user account you want to use. 
   3. Click OK. 
   4. Right-click the service again and select Restart.
3. In the Services list, right-click DLM Dashboard Web Server and select Properties.
   1. In the Properties window, go to the Log On tab.
   2. Select This account and enter the credentials for the user account you want to use. 
   3. Click OK. 
   4. Right-click the service again and select Restart.

THEN,

On the machine where DLM Dashboard is installed, go to http://localhost:21060 in Internet Explorer (please note that this site uses Silverlight so it can only be viewed in Internet Explorer)

Didn't get anywhere!
