Issue with Manage License Login

I'm experiencing an issue with the "Manage License" login screen. Clicking on login, opens a browser page which is not accessible. Any idea what could cause the issue?

Please can you provide a screenshot of the page you're seeing when you click on 'Manage license'?

This could be a browser problem. Please can you try using a different browser and see if this fixes the issue?
