Setting (and saving) default server/login information?

We're using the most recent version of SQL Index Manager (1.2.1.1603) and recently switched to a new production database. Each time Index Manager loads, it brings up the saved information for the old database. We've updated the login information each time we run Index Manager, but the old information is still present on each load. Is there a configuration file somewhere we can edit to update the information?
