Issue Moving Data Catalog DB

in SQL Data Catalog
Used backup/restore to copy Redgate_SQLDataCatalog database to another machine. Data Catalog on that PC now opens with a blank tab. Any ideas how we get this to open with the new database? It works fine with its own installed database - we overwrite with the restore.
