DLM Dashboard error when trying to add a server - fresh install

Hi there,
When we install DLM dashboard on a Windows Server 2012 R2 server and then attempt to add a server to monitor, it just stalls without doing anything and the below error is thrown in the event viewer on the server:

The tool works fine when it is installed on my Windows 10 laptop though.
