Auto Connect DB for Opened Tabs After Restart or Hibernate

I am using SQL Management Studio 18 and SQL Prompt 10.3
If I restart or hibernate PC then opened tabs in SQL management studio comes back but not connected to the DB, also when reconnecting these manually to DB it reset the selected database to tempdb in the dropdown of available databases.
Is it possible for tabs to auto-connect to the database and also keep previously selected database name in the dropdown?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue!
Could I ask, do you have ApexSQL installed onto your SQL Server as this has been known to cause some conflicts and create bugs within SQL Prompt.

I have upgraded SSMS to 18.6 and also updated SQL Prompt to the latest version.
I have noticed that this issue occurs only when the PC comes back from hibernate.
So the team have recognized this as a bug and unfortunately with their current workload, they're unable to prioritize looking into this to fix.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this!
Kind regards
