Can the SQL Monitor repository database live in SQL Express?

Hi Eric,

Using SQL Express for the Data Repository would work, but we don't recommend it because it is limited to 10GB in size and, depending on the number of entities you are monitoring, it can fill up quite quickly if you do not set aggressive Data Retention settings.
