SmartAssembly Obfuscation and de4dot

Hi there!
Is there any plan to make the Smartassembly obfuscation more secure? All the threads that I've looking is from more than 1 year ago, and all without a solution.
Even in the latest version and all the options checked, the obfuscation is easily reversable with de4dot.
Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to say that there aren't any plans in the roadmap to address de4dot in particular.
Because .NET is always readable to some extent, it unfortunately becomes a "perpetual arms race" to combat deobfuscators, as described here: https://www.red-gate.com/simple-talk/blogs/obfuscation-is-not-a-panacea/
That said, there was an improvement made last year to make strings encoding more difficult to deobfuscate (SA-2210 added in v7.0.9).
We can't make any guarantees unfortunately, but if you can please share any specific concerns you've seen with regard to de4dot, please do let me know and I can pass this on to our developers to consider a further investigation!
