is there a client based DLM Dashboard?

in DLM Dashboard
downloaded DLM Dashboard. If the SQL Server isn't on the same machine as DLM Dashboard, the user will be WORKGROUP\SEVERNAME$ instead. Is there a client based install so that the dashboard can be on the same server?
