Copy backup to network error

Hi,
I'm making a full backup of the system databases on a daily basis. The backup job is configured to create the backup in a local folder and then make a copy to a remote network location. It is also configured to send an e-mail when there is an error or warning.
Very often the backup job produces a warning as follows in the e-mail.
3/23/2009 7:02:11 PM: Warning 141: COPYTO error: Unable to copy \Backup\Databases\msdb\FULL_(local)_msdb_20090323_190017.sqb to \\remotesrv\sharedfoler\sqlserver\Databases\FULL_(local)_msdb_20090323_190017.sqb (The file exists).
However when I checked the remote network location, the backup copy was successfully created. The activity history also showed that there were no errors or warnings associated with the backup.
It is not possible for the remote location to have a file with the same name as the backup file as it is being created daily. Therefore the warning message is rather confusing.
Is this a known issue with the backup engine?
Thanks.
Best regards,
Jude.

Sorry that this problem has occurred.
A support call has been created for you, the reference number for this call is F0020723.
Can you please send to support@red-gate.com a copy of the SQL Backup Log File for this job? If you include the above reference number has the message subject, the incorrect call will be updated.
By default you will find the SQL Backup Log File in this directory:
C:\Documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Backup\Log\(local) or SQL Instance Name
Also can you please confirm the exact Version of SQL Backup being used? If you right click the registered server in the SQL Bacjup GUI and select properties, you will be able to obtain the exact version.
Many Thanks
