We Deploy to Five Databases every Publish

I just read the article https://www.red-gate.com/hub/product-learning/sql-compare/sql-compare-command-line-2 on comparing multiple databases at one time from a single source. Unfortunately I don't see how to do it using Azure. Is there any documentation with examples on how to create the .txt. files that are listed in #4 tutorial in the article. Also, this article is 2 years old, so is there a better , newer method.
I'm not wedded to RedGate if anyone knows a solution that can basically do what SQL Compare / Data Compare do - but simply push all the changes to multiple databases at once.

If you are doing this on a Server, then the appropriate tool for this would be SQL Change Automation.
You can do this using the Powershell cmdlets or the Azure DevOps addons.
